How long does delivery take?
After receiving payment, your order will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. Allow us 1 week to send the tracking info (Bill of Lading) for your order. You must send your phone number when paying for auction as it is required to schedule delivery otherwise your order cannot be shipped. The freight carrier will call you a few days prior to schedule delivery.

What is curb side delivery?
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your merchandise to the curb at the end of your driveway. In-home delivery is not included nor is assembly of items. Our entertainment centers are very heavy, so please prepared to receive your delivery.

What happens if my order arrives with missing, wrong, or damaged items?
Our packaging has been rigorously tested to protect our products from the harshest conditions, but accidents do happen. We will repair or replace any items that arrive damaged. When the freight carrier arrives, please do not refuse the shipment even if it has missing, wrong, or damaged pieces. You must write on the delivery receipt "missing/wrong/damaged items" then have the carrier sign the receipt. Keep these items, while we arrange for their immediate repair or replacement at our discretion.

Is there a warranty?
All of our products are brand new and are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. We will also provide free of charge any replacement parts for models that are not discontinued.

Are finish colors and dimensions accurate?
We do our best to accurately portray both colors and quality of our furniture through our pictures. We offer huge photos that have zoom in capabilities, giving you a clear idea of what you are getting. However, colors may vary slightly depending on personal perception and your computer monitor. Dimensions are accurate, but subject to minor change by the manufacturer.

Are all your items in stock?
Yes, all items are in stock when auctions are listed, but some of our most popular products do sell out quickly. Our inventory is constantly being replenished, so any delay should be very short. We will keep you continually informed as to the status of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions about availability.

Do you have a return policy?
We offer a 14 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our product, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging. Returns will be accepted only if you notify us within 14 days of your items being delivered. A refund will be equal to the price of your order less all shipping charges incurred to get the items to you and back to our warehouse. You pay a discounted shipping rate or receive free shipping, in most cases. You will be responsible for our actual full shipping cost and not the discounted rate or free shipping rate in the event of a return. Returns will only be accepted and credits issued if the merchandise is in new condition with no damage and in the original packaging when it arrives back at our warehouses.
